 Date: June 26th, 2004 (Same day as Buckley Log Show and Parade)

 Time: 8:00 A.M. (start time)

 Location: Starts and Finishes in Sheets Stadium at Glacier Middle School

                        240 N. "C" Street in Buckley, WA

  Proceeds to support: White River Boys and Girls Cross-Country Running Teams

  Dear Sponsor:

             The White River Cross-Country teams are organizing this community event and hope to draw between 250 and 500 walkers and runners. How do you become a sponsor and what is in it for you?

 What benefits will you receive?

  1. Each participant will receive a race day bag that will include literature, product samples and other items.
  2. The event t-shirt will feature the names and/or logos of each sponsoring business/group.
  3. Promotional literature for the race will be sent throughout the region will feature the names of the sponsors.

  How do you become a sponsor?

  1. We are requesting $75.00 for sponsorship.
  2. You may contribute gift certificates or products to be randomly given away via a drawing at the end of the event to draw more attention to your place of business.
  3. You may include literature, product samples, coupons, etc…to be placed in each participant's race day bag.
